1. Shipping Costs

The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you again in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

• Shipping within Germany: We charge a flat shipping rate of €4.90 per order.

• Free Shipping: From a gross order value of €50, we deliver free of shipping costs within Germany.

• International Shipping: For deliveries to other EU countries, we charge a flat rate of €12.90.

2. Payment Conditions

We offer various payment methods. The available options will be displayed to you during the checkout process.

3. Special Shipping Notes

Shipping is carried out by our partner [e.g., DHL / Hermes]. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking number to trace your shipment.
